“I've missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.” Michael Jordan
People
don't succeed on things the first time, it takes practice. Michael Jordan is an
idol for many young athletics boys who play basketball. Fans believe that
he is perfect and should not have to practice, yet in order to succeed at what he does; he must fails a few times. The
skill is to actually learn from your mistakes and improve yourself. We
are always asking celebrities or athletes’ what is the secret behind there success,
but there is no secret. Its called hard work, everyone must work to get to
where they are now in life. Some more successful than others, but that’s basically
determined by a persons work ethic and determination.
People
who are determined to strive and succeed are the people that reach there goals.
Then why do people have people have talents? They really don’t, its something
they have probably worked at and dedicated there time to. Michael says people
have left there hopes of winning the game, and he’s let them down. It can
happen to anyone, were all human. The only thing that sets us apart from others
is heart. Failing isn’t what make a man
a coward, not getting up from the fall is.
